Quick Flipper is a tight little image viewer. This application is a tight little image viewer. It is resizable and the aspect ratio is not affected during resize. It allows slideshows, stay-on-top and image list editing. It is designed mostly for jpeg files type but the control that displays the image can be used for any image type.
